- Delivery For most orders, please allow up to 10- 14 working days from the date your order is placed ( Business days are Monday to Saturday).
- For countries outside Africa, please allow up to 30 working days. If you are ordering for bridesmaids and need the colour shades and designs to be the same , please ensure that you order these items together.

- There maybe a slightly longer dispatch time ( for example holidays, Easter, Christmas and New year).
- For wedding gowns and beaded dresses please allow up to 14 to 28 working days from the day you placed your order Outside Africa up to 60 working days after you placed your order.
- Please note that during a Sale delivery takes up 3- 5 working days outside Africa 28 days. We only put items that are readly available in stock on sale. You will receive a tracking number from our dispatch department as soon as your order is complete and ready for delivery.
